Exercise is Still the Best Preventative Medicine

The old Latin saying “Mens Sana in Capore Sano” says it nicely…A Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body. The best preventative medicine is and always will be exercise. Your goal is to get in at least 30 minutes a day five out of seven days each week and if so, you too will reap all the benefits for the mind, body and spirit.
