Think Out of the Box for Your Next Workout

With the great weather soon upon us, here in the Northeast anyway, it might be a good idea to begin thinking out of the box when it comes to your workout. You have spent the winter months inside strengthening your body, now take it outside and away from your traditional inside workout. Some good examples would be: stadium-stair walking or running, stand-up paddle board, hiking, biking, trail running or if you’re lucky, a good lighthouse stair workout would be considered out of the box!
