  2. Howdy! This is kind of off topic but I need some guidance from an established blog. Is it tough to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick. I’m thinking about making my own but I’m not sure where to start. Do you have any tips or suggestions? Many thanks

  3. Hi Michael
    I am a Koko fit member in Harwich MA.
    Have you ever read The Clean and Lean Diet by James Duigan?
    If so is it similar to our Koko fuel plan. The ideas he puts forth are similar to what you speak of but his food selection seems pricey. I know to eat all organic is going to be more expensive, but the alternative is save $ and be unhealthy, no thanks. I ask because after a year and a half of working out I still have a belly and am finally convinced that diet is 80% of this whole deal as you’ve said so many times.
    Switching gears, have you ever been to the Flume Gorge in Lincoln, New Hampshire. That might be worth doing an intermediate treadmill program to. Just an idea, I have been a couple times with my kids and we love it.

      No I have not heard of that Diet – will check it out though…thanks

      Your right – I l;ike to say its 75% what you put into your body and 25% exercise. Try this and let me know – just start watching your added sugar
      keep your self at 150 cal/day which is about 38 grams this excludes fruit etc but at the same time don’t go crazy on fruit – I stick with apples and all types of berries, watermelon too. Do this for the next month and keep pushing Koko hard….let me know

      I have not been to the flume Gorge before – I have been to portsmouth a lot not Lincoln though – will check that out

      Tim – you weren’t a hoop player in your day were you – the name sounds familar?
